Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out our quote request form, we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, project address, and any message you include. When you call us, we receive your phone number and anything you choose to tell us.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our web host keeps standard server logs, which can include your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit, and the date and time of your visit. We use this information only to keep the site running and secure.

We do not currently use advertising cookies or analytics tracking on this website. If that changes, we will update this policy.

How we use your information

We use the information you share to:

  • Respond to your questions and quote requests
  • Schedule site visits and provide estimates
  • Perform the work you hire us to do, including invoicing
  • Keep our website working and protect it from spam and abuse

How we share your information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, such as our website host, email provider, and invoicing software, and only as needed for them to provide those services. We may also disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and customer records for as long as needed to serve you, honor warranties, and meet our legal and tax obligations.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete the information you’ve given us at any time by calling us at the number below. You can also simply choose not to submit the contact form and call us instead.
